Support Engineer – CUCM – Leicester – 3 months

An experienced 1st – 2nd Line Support Engineer is sought for an initial 3-month contract with a client based at their Leicester office. This role is to provide day to day BAU support of a company’s CISCO phone system.

The client has recently undergone substantial investment in their infrastructure with one key project being a CISCO phone system solution – Cisco Unified Communications Manager. A Support Engineer is needed to handle 1st – 2nd Line issues providing solutions where possible otherwise logging calls.

To be considered for the role you must be able to demonstrate previous experience support:

- Operating in a role as a Support Engineer providing telephone support

- CUCM / Cisco Unified Communications Manager

- CICCO Call Manager – New User Creation

- Jabber – Profile set-up

- Hunt Group Administration

This role is an immediately available position and candidates with immediate availability will be prioritised.
