Recruitment Account Manager

Despite the challenging last couple of years we have all endured, we have had our most successful year to date and want you to be part of our journey as we grow.
We’re very happy to speak with recruitment professionals already based in Birmingham. Also individuals willing to relocate within in the UK, or through paid sponsorship from other international countries.
Joining as an account manager, you will have the opportunity to deliver in the fast-paced contract recruitment world, building upon our existing relationships with top-tier business partners and global brands, taking ownership for delivery of relevant candidates. You will develop your own contract book, and benefit from extensive internal resources, multiple specialised job boards and one of the recruitment industry’s best commission schemes.
Working within our delivery team alongside some of Birmingham’s most experienced contract recruitment and account management professionals, you will receive full training, support, and continued mentorship.
Current account managers within our team doubled their salary within 12 months of joining us, due to the volume of opportunities and our highly competitive commission scheme.
