We are exclusively representing the world's largest Technology & Infrastructure services providers. They work at the heart of digitisation, advising their clients on IT strategy and implementing the most appropriate technologies to suit their business needs.
This team is forward-thinking and commercially minded function which owns and manages the customer experience, including pre-sales activity such as customer bid pricing, sales quotations, and sales related enquiries. They work very closely with a number of different stakeholders including the customers, sales & operations service teams to ensure their customers receive the ultimate customer experience and pricing, tailored to their individual projects and requirements.
You'll be joining a team that supports you to succeed, giving you a clear development pathway with their programme to help each employee reach their individual goals throughout their career.
As the Inside Sales Executive you will be responsible for the following duties amongst others:
- You’ll play a key role in ensuring deliver the company commitments to deliver fast pricing and excellent customer service.
- Alongside your colleagues across a number of teams, you’ll work closely with the customers to understand their requirements,
- You’ll work in partnership with a range of trusted technology providers on a diverse range of customer accounts.
- You’ll be given training through the company's aspire programme and through this and on the job learning, you’ll build the essential skills and business acumen to deliver first-class service.
- You’ll gain a good understanding of the B2B technology sector and understand the markets they work in.
