Document Management Data Manager

Document Management Data Manager - Up to £400 per day - Outside IR35

I am urgently looking to recruit a Document Management Data Manager to come and work for a Yatch Management company. The Document Managemet Data Manager will be responsible in designing, driving and leading the management of all organisational records throughout their lifecycle in a manner that complies with operational needs and appropriate laws building efficient document management systems. The Document Management Data Manager will produce and implement a records management strategy whilst authoring policies and procedures for all aspects of the records lifecycle. The Document Management Data Manager will provide Subject Matter Expertise to an ongoing IT Transformation Programme. The Document Management Data Manager will be assisting in the Migration of records from Laserfiche to Sharepoint. Below are skills and experience we are looking for;

- Solid Document Management experience

- Good Data Management experience of migrating Documents or Records from one system to Sharepoint

- Familiar with GDPR and Data Protection Act

- Have the ability to work with senior stakeholders and assist and train employees
