3rd Line Support Engineer

3rd Line Support Engineer –3 months contract - Inside IR35

3rd Line Support Engineer required by my customer are looking to add a Windows Server Engineer to an existing small support team based in Cheshire, with a view to assisting with both BAU and Project based work.

This 3rd Line Support Engineer will be joining an existing Team, to assist with the delivery of their ongoing Technical Transformation, working on projects with a focus towards Exchange,

Key Experience for the 3rd Line Support Engineer will include

  • Inside IR35
  • Microsoft Server 2008R2/2012/2016/2019
  • O365 Migrations
  • Installation and Support - Virtualisation (ESXi/VMWare vcentre)
  • Microsoft Windows and Microsoft office products (all versions)
  • SCCM management
  • Active Directory (User account management, group policy, AD Sync, DNS, DCHP)
  • PC support/maintenance (Windows 7 / 10, Linux and macOS) both hardware and software
  • Remote IT administration for other offices and external customers
  • Back-up servers (Veeam)
  • Scripting (Batch Powershell)
  • Installation and Support - SQL database management
