1st Line Support (Remote)

1st Line Support Engineer – 3 months - Remote - £140 (inside IR35)

*This role is inside of IR35 and so requires you to work through an umbrella partner*

I am working with a Charity Sector customer that has 2 URGENT requirements for 1st Line Support Engineers to join them on an initial 3-month contract.

The role will be fully remote and requires the successful 1st Line Support Engineers to be comfortable supporting users over the phone and face to face while sticking to SLAs.

The ideal 1st Line Support Engineer will be immediately available and be able to demonstrate experience with the below.
