1st Line Support Analyst

IT Support Engineer – 3 months – Cambridge £150-200 (Inside IR35)

*This role is inside of IR35 and so requires you to work with an umbrella partner*

I am working with an international tech company that has an open requirement for an onsite IT Support Engineer to join them on an initial 3-month contract at their Cambridge office.

The successful IT Support Engineer will provide 1st/2nd Line Support to all users with the support of an offsite 3rd Line Team for escalations.

In order to be suitable, you must be based in commuting distance of Cambridge, available to start a new role within the next 2 weeks and be able to display the below experience.

Key Skills

1st/2nd Line Support

O365

Windows 10

Active Directory – New Starter, Finisher and Password Reset

Basic Networking – Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS etc

Peripheral Connection

Excellent Communication
