Tom joined our permanent recruitment team in April 2023. An Industrial and Product Design graduate from Bangor University, Tom signed up with the Royal Marines after graduating. Unfortunately, an injury led to him being discharged, and he decided to pursue a career in recruitment instead! Recruitment is all about building relationships and working towards a suitable solution, qualities that Tom can relate to from his time as a Marine. From being part of a troop, to helping businesses find the perfect fit for their team, Tom is quickly finding his feet in IT recruitment.

An outdoors type of person, Tom loves camping and practices kickboxing to keep fit. His fun fact is he once won a game of Mario Kart against Prince William. Whilst Prince William doesn’t work for VIQU, many of our employees would love to challenge this Mario Kart champion!
