I am excited to share the news that VIQU has been shortlisted for ‘Best Small Recruitment Business’ at The Global Recruiter 2021 Industry Awards.

Like many IT recruitment agencies, we have found the last 18+ months difficult and often exasperating. So being shortlisted for this award is particularly special to our team as it acknowledges our performance prior to the Covid-19 pandemic, but also how we adapted to the challenging circumstances associated with the global pandemic.

Taking into account how we support our recruitment team to learn and develop, the award judging panel appreciated our innovative solutions to problems within the IT recruitment market, including our Tier 2 Workers Programme and our NHS IT Volunteer Initiative. Additionally, they recognised the growth we have achieved during the pandemic and the approaches we take to delivering great service to our clients and candidates.
