Tom joined our Key Accounts Team as a Senior Account Manager in May 2025. With over 15 years of recruitment experience, Tom specialises in technology and change recruitment and has quickly jumped straight into building relationships with our key accounts. Motivated by career success, Tom was attracted to recruitment because progression in the industry is determined by talent and not tenure.

Outside of work, Tom is busy trying to keep up with his two young sons and following his team – Arsenal. Tom’s claim to fame is his appearance on the show ‘Eggheads’… just maybe don’t ask him how it went!
