Project Administrator
Project Administrator – 2 month contract – Waterford (Ireland) – Part-Time – 2 days a week – Onsite – Immediate Interviews
My customer is seeking a Project Administrator/PMO Analyst/Project Support to work closely with the Project Manager to support the delivery of a Cyber Security Project. Experience with a similar project would be beneficial but not essential, so previous experience with other IT related projects would be considered.
The successful Project Administrator/PMO Analyst/Project Support will maintain plans, reports and schedules, this includes going to an onsite meeting once a week to discuss findings and create plans using GANTT charts.
Key responsibilities of the Project Administrator/PMO Analyst/Project Support:
- Assistance in the planning, delivery and monitoring of the project.
- Monitor progress of tasks given to internal stakeholders.
- Manage project schedules and timelines using GANTT charts.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, Including status reports and meeting minutes.
- Attending Tuesday meetings onsite in Waterford, Ireland.
- Monitoring project progress and communicate potential issues and risks to PM.
Essential Experience:
- Experience in previous project administrator / support roles.
- Previous experience with IT Projects
Preferred Experience:
- Background using project planning tools, ideally using GANTT charts.
- Awareness of project methodologies such as PRINCE2 or similar
The successful Project Administrator will be required to work Tuesdays on-site in Waterford, Ireland.
