Deployment Co-Ordinator – 3-month contract – Fully Remote

My Customer is looking for a Deployment Co-Ordinator to play a key role in a large-scale laptop refresh project. This position is ideal for someone with strong project coordination skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. You’ll be engaging with users, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a smooth transition to new devices.

Deployment Co-Ordinator Key Responsibilities

• Engage with users to guide them through the laptop deployment process.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments for device deployment.
• Work closely with the technical team to ensure a seamless rollout.
• Track progress and resolve any scheduling or logistical challenges.
• Provide clear and friendly communication to users, addressing any concerns.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of deployments.

What We’re Looking For

• Project Coordination experience, ideally in IT deployments or rollouts.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills.
• Ability to manage scheduling and logistics efficiently.
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
• Experience with Microsoft Office & scheduling tools (e.g., Outlook, Teams).

The Deployment Co-Ordinator allows a fully remote working pattern.
