Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer - AWS & Kubernetes Expert

VIQU is partnering with a leading global automotive organisation. They are looking for a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, who is an expert in AWS and on-prem and cloud deployments of Kubernetes.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Extensive Kubernetes experience (On-prem and Cloud)
• 4 years of hands-on AWS experience
• Understanding of AWS Networking
• High skill in Python
• Experience with Terraform

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain cloud and Kubernetes platforms.
• Provide senior-level technical guidance and implement best practices.
• Ensure governance and security compliance in collaboration with the Information Security team.
• Support remote events and infrastructure operations from a centralised technology center.
• Utilise Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform) to automate scalable resource deployment.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across infrastructure layers.
• Contribute to DevOps initiatives to align operations and development objectives.
• Be available for planned and unplanned support outside regular business hours.
