Legal Service Desk Analyst
Legal Service Desk Analyst – 6-month Contract – London
A leading legal client is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to provide support for a 6-month contract. This contract role will involve service desk issues which will be handled by telephone or email.
The Legal Service Desk Analyst will be required to work onsite 5 days a week in Central London. The Service Desk Analyst will have to work between the hours of 11am – 7pm.
Legal Service Desk Analyst Requirements
- Recent IT support experience within the legal Sector (Non-negotiable)
- Windows 10/11 – Admin & Support
- Global support of users is required (Remote support)
- Microsoft Office and M365 – Administration & Support
- Active Directory
- Multi Factor Authentication (MFA)
- AV equipment setup and configuration.
- ITSM ticket management system.
- 11am – 7pm
The successful Legal Service Desk Analyst will be exposed to the latest technology and will enter an environment to expand their knowledge and skillset.
You would work 5 days a week onsite: 11am - 7pm shift hours.
This is a fantastic opportunity for the right Legal Service Desk Analyst to join an Legal organisation initially on 6-month contract but has the view to extend.
