IT Support Engineer
IT Support Engineer – 12 Month Contract - Nottingham
IT Support Engineer to provide onsite support to the users. The role will cover all requirements up to 2nd Line as well as some Infra Security and Network elements for which you will have the support of the relevant Teams remotely.
The IT Support Engineer would be onsite in Nottingham 5 days a week.
IT Support Engineer key skills include:
- Providing 1st/2nd line IT support for end-users.
- Troubleshooting and break fix – user support
- Support and setup of new starters
- Experience managing tickets using ITSM tools (Freshservice is preferred, ServiceNow, Jira and similar tools are also acceptable).
- Troubleshoot and support Microsoft Operating Systems and laptop imaging.
- Perform Office 365 and Active Directory user administration.
- Build/deployment and imaging of new desktops/laptops
- Infrastructure and Network security experience would be beneficial
- Configure and troubleshoot laptops and peripherals.
- AV Meeting room setup and configuration
- Basic LAN/WLAN network support and hardware troubleshooting.
- This opportunity requires the IT Support Engineer to be based on-site 5 days per week in Nottingham.
