Infrastructure Engineer (Microsoft 365) – 1 month contract – Bristol

My customer is looking for a Microsoft 365 Infrastructure Engineer to join our team, with a key focus on 3rd line support across a range of M365 technologies. You'll take charge of managing and troubleshooting escalated tickets while playing a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations of the M365 ecosystem, as well as some key networking components.

The Infrastructure Engineer would be working in a hybrid (On prem and Cloud) environment

Key responsibilities for the Infrastructure Engineer

• Manage & resolve a backlog of outstanding tickets relating to Microsoft 365, Teams, Exchange Online, Mimecast, and Entra ID.
• Deliver 3rd line support for M365 services, addressing advanced issues and escalations.
• Experience working in hybrid (On premise and Cloud) environment
• Troubleshoot complex problems within Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, and Mimecast.
• Strong experience with PowerShell
• Provide expert support in EntraID (Azure AD), ensuring seamless identity and access management.
• Handle network troubleshooting to identify and resolve connectivity issues impacting M365 services – LAN/WAN/Internet.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to enhance and optimize infrastructure performance.

The Infrastructure Engineer is required to work hybrid at least 2/3 days a week onsite in Bristol.
