2nd Line Support Engineer

2nd Line Support Engineer – 3 months - (Inside IR35)

(The 2nd Line Support Engineer role requires you to work with one of our umbrella partners)

My customer is looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to upgrade their IT and install a number of processes and policies to make them more effective and so experience working to SLA’s and Best Practice is a must.

The customer requires for the 2nd Line Support Engineer to initially join them for 3 months initial contract but very likely to extend. There is a potential we can offer 6 months from the outset.

The role is based on site 5 days a week with a start time of 8am the site address is NW7 2QH

The 2nd Line Support Engineer must be able to display experience with the below technologies and be available to start a new contract asap.

  • Peripheral Connectivity
  • Ticketing Systems – Spiceworks
  • SLAs
  • Active Directory
  • On/Off Boarding
  • Device Build/Imaging – MDT
  • Troubleshooting/fix
