IT Support Technician

IT Support Technician | 3-month contract | Aldgate | Onsite | Outside IR35

My client is looking for a IT Support Technician providing support to a Windows 11 rollout project, while also managing the BAU workload. While working on a Windows 11 upgrade project, the ideal candidate will be an IT support technician who takes pleasure in providing end customers with outstanding service and high-quality technical assistance.

Key responsibilities of the IT Support Technician:

-                           Carry out Windows 11 upgrades and device replacements across the organisation.

-                           Provide general IT support and assist with day-to-day service desk tasks when not engaged in upgrade activity.

-                           Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to M365, Exchange, Active Directory.

-                           Providing support with additional IT projects.

IT Support Technician Experience/Technologies:

-                           Microsoft Stack including Office 365 and Azure.

-                           Active Directory - Administration and management.

-                           Understanding of Windows 10/11 operating system – Rollout and support.

-                           Proven experience in a service desk or IT support position.

-                           Working in the Financial or Professional services sector is preferential.

-                           Experience with DUO (Multifactor Authentication) is preferred.

The successful candidate will be expected to work 5 days a week onsite in Aldgate.
