Project Coordinator

IT Project Coordinator – 6 month contract – £200 - £300 pd inside IR35

4 days a week on-site, 1 wfh 

My client are a leading UK-based manufacturer and supplier within the construction and home improvement sector, looking to hire an experienced IT Project Coordinator to join a fast-paced Installations team working throughout the UK.

Project Coordinator accountabilities:

  • Support delivering Depot refits, New Depots & relocation depots from an IT perspective
  • Co-ordination of incidents that would be supported by the installation functions
  • Liaison with external suppliers
  • Liaison with external internal other IT Teams
  • Management of purchase orders and Stock (IT)

Project Coordinator Key Skills/Experience:

  • Prior experience in an IT Projects coordination role
  • Fully versed in management of PO’s and IT Hardware/stock provision
  • Proven experience liaising and managing multiple suppliers
  • Experience working with ITSM/ticketing systems to manage requests, incidents and small BAU changes.
  • Proactive, self-starter that is highly organised and enjoys a fast-paced environment.

This Project Coordinator will be 4 days onsite.

The Project Coordinator role is an immediate requirement, with interview slots available W/C 27th May.
