Service Desk Analyst
Service Desk Analyst – 3-month Contract – London
My client is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to provide IT support for a 3-month contract. This opportunity will involve service desk issues which will be handled by telephone or email. The customer is looking a Service Desk Analyst to support the business’s day-to-day IT tasks.
The Service Desk Analyst would be required to triage and resolve tickets initially relating to and office move and issues that occur during this transition. The Ideal Service Desk Analyst would be Able to support Windows and Mac and be the first point of contact for IT issues onsite. Tasks could include, password reset, software updates, hardware support, booking / connecting to meeting rooms and general IT queries.
Service Desk Analyst Requirements
- Recent IT Service Desk experience – Dealing with issues over the phone/email – being the first point of contact.
- Windows 10/11 – Administration & Support
- MAC - Administration & Support
- Experience with ticketing, service desk systems.
- Experience with Password resets, software updates, hardware support, connecting AV/Meeting rooms
- Microsoft Office applications (M365) – Administration & Support
- Active Directory experience
- Triaging and escalating.
- Excellent Diagnostic and resolution skills
- Proficiency using ITSM ticket management system
The successful Service Desk Analys tis required onsite in London, 5 days a week for the duration of the 3-month contract.
