Network Operations Centre (NOC) Team Lead – 3 Month Contract – Rochdale – Inside IR35

VIQU have partnered with a leading internet services provider who are seeking a Network Operations Centre (NOC) Team Lead on a contract basis.

The role:

The successful NOC Team Lead will manage a team of engineers during a time of transition and change, and the key focus here is on people management.

As the NOC Team Lead, you will have oversight of the day-to-day operations of the NOC, ensuring resolution of incidents and requests, and ensuring best practise is being followed.

Key skills & responsibilities:

• Strong background working in a NOC, and demonstrable experience as a NOC Team Lead or Manager
• Strong people management experience in fast-paced, challenging environments
• Background in Telecommunications is preferable
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies, including Cisco
• CCNA / CCNP qualifications would be beneficial
• Excellent communicator and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams

• Duration: 3 months contract
• Rate: £450 - £500 per day paid to Umbrella company
• IR35 status: Inside IR35
• Location: Fully onsite in Rochdale
