End User Computing Specialist

End User Computing Specilaist - £55,000 – Fully Remote

We’re working with a growing technology business who is activity recruiting for End User Computing Specilaist positions to join their Modern Workplace Technology division. The End User Computing Specilaist will provide technical support services as part of an operational support squad to specific Managed Service customers in the cloud with a particular emphasis on Microsoft technologies including Intune and SCCM.

Daily Responsibilities for the End User Computing Specilaist:

• Support, maintain and help implement Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Modern Workplace based solutions.
• Monitoring and remediating Windows patching across all customer desktop estates
• Application patching and deployment including appropriate testing and change control requirements.
• Application deployment monitoring and remediation via Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager (SCCM).

Essential Experience:

• Previous experience working with End User Computing / Modern Workplace Technologies
• Demonstrable previous experience of implementing and supporting large-scale Microsoft workplace environments within a managed services environment or single large enterprise.
• Ability to assist with the creation of system design, functional specifications and operations for Modern Workplace projects and solutions.
• Strong understanding of cloud services with a particular focus on Microsoft 365 and Azure services, coupled with a general understanding of traditional hosted technologies and approach.
• Excellent commucnaition
