They are seeking a passionate Electrical Engineer Trainer with a background in Electrical Engineering and prior experience as an engineer or in engineering education is required. The successful Electrical Engineer Trainer will be responsible for training and supporting engineering apprentices at all levels, from entry-level apprentices to masters students

Requirements of the Electrical Engineer Trainer:

- Previous experience in roles involving Electrical Control Systems Engineering or delivering Electrical Engineering courses.

- Previous experience in coaching and mentoring apprentices.

- Effective communication skills, both written and oral.

- Work alongside the company values and work to an exemplary behavioural standards

- Relevant qualification in Electrical, Electronic, Control Systems, or Software Engineering.

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (desired).
