Our client is client is looking for a passionate Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join their team and can participate in the technical and functional design of business process solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365. This varied and exiting role will include elements of development, solution design, business analysis, client engagement and team leadership.

Essential Requirements – Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer

  • Excellent technical documentation writing.
  • Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to adapt terminology to different audiences.
  • Reporting using PowerBI and Dynamics 365 Dashboards. Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Model-Driven), Power Automate.
  • Experience with administration, customisation and design of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Knowledge of integration best practices.
  • Microsoft SharePoint integration
  • Microsoft Flow and PowerApps
  • Understanding and implementing business workflows and processes.
  • Developing, deploying, customizing and integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Connecting Dynamics to third party solutions using REST API.
  • Working in Agile project deliveries and working to tight timescales.
  • Be well versed in different testing methodologies, tools and techniques.
  • Experience in a clientEducated to A Level equivalent or above.
  • Designing or developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solutions.
  • Strong appreciation for the MS Dynamics solution stack including complementary MS components such as integration, business intelligence and custom development.
  • Customer-facing role; liaising with clients and participating in requirements gathering and design workshops.
  • Leading or supporting with the design, development and delivery of enterprise scaled Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Conduct hands-on configuration, customisation and extensions of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Building scalable and maintainable solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM / 365 platform including the creation of: Database objects/entities, Forms, Workflows, Business rules, Automated tasks.
  • Defining and documenting business requirements and creating technical specifications.
  • Leading or working within a blended team of technical resources to realise the solution.
  • Work with other stakeholders and end users in the software development lifecycle.
  • Transposing user requirements into workable solutions.
  • Provide input and advice regarding Microsoft Dynamics 365 Capabilities, functions and features.
  • Leading technical discussions with the CRM Project team.
  • Configuring and customising Dynamics 365 based on solution designs developed by the Business Analyst, Head of IT and other senior stakeholders.
  • Development and configuration of Dynamics Forms and workflows.
  • Systems testing solutions or components developed within the Sandbox environment.
  • Documenting components and solutions built including custom workflows.
  • Follow best practices and documented practice standards to extend the Dynamics functionality when required.
  • Identification and mitigation of technical risks.
  • Ensure technical documentation, including DevOps is always kept up to date.
  • Create custom MS Excel and Word templates to support data extraction requirements.
  • Troubleshooting failures and working with all parties to understand the underlying root cause.
