Data Project Manager – London - £65,000 -75,000 - 6 months FTC

VIQU are working with a leading London based company who are looking to hire a data project manager (Azure focused). This will initially start on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract but has a high chance of turning into a permanent position.

The candidate must have recently managed a data focused project, ideally using Azure. The role would involve 3 days a week on site in London.

Experience of the Data Project Manager :

• Proven experience in delivering Data focused projects
• Experience of budget management and budget planning
• Must have Waterfall and Agile Delivery Capabilities (e.g. PRINCE2, AGILE, DSDM)
• Must have previously engaged and managed senior stakeholders and external teams
• Previous experience with MS Project and Azure DevOps
• High level understanding of modern data platforms (Azure) and business intelligence solutions

Data Project Manager Description:

• Manage multiple complex data projects, working with both stakeholders and internal teams to ensure end to end project completion.
• Create and track a schedule for each project, ensuring timely completion
• Define and track different resource types needed to deliver the projects. Estimate costs of each project.
• Launch / manage immediate priority projects/initiatives
