Future Talent Programme 1.0
The first Future Talent Programme began in June 2018, two months after the appointment of our Future Talent Programme manager Bobby.
Bobby’s first task was to launch our Future Talent Programme by hiring 5 recruitment executives. Bobby went through an intense process, which transpired in the hiring of Amar, Dharam, Nathan, Phoebe and Léa.
The first group of Future Talent Programme recruitment executives come from a variety of backgrounds; including athletics, pharmaceuticals, HR, web development and the estate agent market.
