The cost of cyber crime isn’t just the value of the data stolen. It’s the cost of recovery time; the cost that comes from an erosion of trust with established business partners; it’s the compensation pay out to customers and it’s the reputational cost incurred that can act as a detriment to winning new business.
In September 2018, we created our brand new Expert 2 Expert Cyber Security recruitment team. Our team of recruitment consultants specialise in particular areas of the Cyber Security market, covering contract and permanent positions.

We are able to provide consultants to guide you through the process of becoming compliant with the legislation by:
Scoping and Mapping, Understanding Data Subject Rights, Delivering Transparency, Implementing Governance / Compliance, Introducing Protection and Controls.
Contract VS Permanent
Although we do have a number of our Cyber Security team focused on permanent positions, the majority of our team concentrate on contract roles. The contract market has seen a 40% increase on requirements compared to quarter 1 of 2017, with Cyber Security contracts earning, on average, 14% more per contract compared to the rest of the digital contract market.
Our Cyber Security lead Gary recently discussed the key differences between contract and permanent roles in an insightful article.
In the article Gary discussed how the key problem that companies have when sourcing candidates for a role is time and lack of resources.
How do you get around that? By going to a recruitment company that has specialist recruitment consultants who work within niche sectors of Cyber Security, meaning that when you give them a job specification they already have a handful of fantastic candidates in mind.
