Jay joined our team in January 2021 with nearly 15 years of recruitment experience under his belt. Before going into recruitment, Jay obtained a HND in Business Marketing from Southampton Solent University and worked within the youth service, supporting young people at risk to find avenues into employment, training and education. Jay decided that recruitment was the right industry for him because he liked the idea of working with a variety of people on a day to day basis, whilst also setting goals and delivering results.

When Jay isn’t working hard, you’ll most likely find him running – whether that’s to keep fit or after his two young boys!
