With a degree in Equine Sports Therapy and experience working with horses and the elderly, it’s clear that helping others in one way or another is at the core of everything Charise turns her hand to. Charise was attracted to a career in the recruitment industry because she enjoys talking to individuals from different walks of life, and likes the idea of playing match maker. She believes recruitment is a very rewarding career path, and hopes studying part-time for her BSc in Psychology will aid her work at VIQU.

When Charise is not busy helping others, you’ll find her rowing, cycling and hiking. She has a gorgeous Border Collie x Kelpie called Maverick who takes up the majority of her time, demanding walks and lots of attention! Fun fact… Charise once took her love of animals to the extreme, offering to take a rejected lamb home with her to care for him. At night, she’d wrap ‘Louis the Lamb’ up in a towel and cuddle him while she watched TV.
